World Egg Day 2025

1. The Promoter is the Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand.

2. Promotion ends 11.59pm on 13/10/25. Winners will be drawn by a random prize draw on 17/10/25.

3. Entry is open to NZ residents only. No purchase is necessary to enter.

4. Entry is limited to one entry per person. Where multiple registrations or entries occur or are identified, all entries associated with that entrant and or email address(es)will be voided and deleted.

5. Entry is only available online at https://eggs.org.nz/world-egg-day-25

6. There is one (1) x prize to be won. The Main Prize draw consists of one (1) year’s supply of eggs. The winner will be sent a supermarket gift card preloaded with a value amount based on the equivalent value of the average cost of 1 dozen (12) eggs per one (1) week x 1 year (52 weeks) as advertised at Woolworths or Foodstuffs on 19/10/25.

7. Winner will be notified by email by 19/10/25 and announced on the NZ Eggs official facebook page. If the Winner cannot be contacted or the notification emails are not responded to within 7 days for any reason whatsoever the Judges will select another Winner using a new prize draw which will then void the original draw and Winner.

8. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not transferable.

9. The Judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. Participation in the Promotion is deemed as full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Winner does not accept these Terms and Conditions the prize will be forfeited and voided.

11. The data you supply as part of your entry will be used for contacting the prize winner and to organize safe delivery of the prize only and will not be stored or used for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed to.

12. By opting in to receive future communications on the entry form you confirm and agree that you have given your permission for the personal information supplied by you to be stored by the Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand to send out future marketing communications. Not selecting this option will not influence the prize draws whatsoever.

13. Egg Producers Federation of New Zealand does not sell or allow personal data supplied to be used for any paid partnerships or non-authorised promotional use whatsoever.

14. The Promoter and their agents take no responsibility for any inability to enter, complete, continue or conclude the Promotion due to any equipment or any other technical malfunctions, inadvertent disconnections, Force Majeure or otherwise.

15. To the fullest extent permitted by NZ law, the Promoter or their agents will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) incurred as a result of any prize won.
