Easy Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

- 3 eggs 
- 1 tablespoon butter 
- 4 tablespoons milk 
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley + extra to serve 
- Salt & pepper to season 
- Buttered toast, to serve 
Directions
- Add the butter to a dish that fits in to your air fryer. Place in air fryer and turn heat to 160 C.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, parsley and seasoning.
- Pour into dish with melted butter. Cook for 3 minutes then stir with a spatula, dragging the edges into the centre, and continuing cooking for 2-4 minutes depending on how well-cooked you like your scrambled eggs.
- Serve on toast sprinkled with more parsley. Enjoy!
