Easy Air Frier Scrambled Eggs

3 3 eggs
1 1 tablespoon Butter
4 4 tablespoons Milk
1 1 tablespoon chopped parsley + extra to serve
Salt & pepper to season
Buttered toast to serve
Directions
- Add butter to a dish that fits in your airfyer. Place in airfryer and turn heat to 160 C.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, parsley and seasoning.
- Pour into dish with melted butter. Cook for 3 minutes then stir with a spatula, dragging the edges into the centre, and continuing cooking for 2-4 minutes depending on how well-cooked you like your scrambled eggs.
- Serve on toast sprinkled with more parsley. Enjoy!
