Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 4 tablespoons milk

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley + extra to serve

  • Salt & pepper to season

  • Buttered toast, to serve

Directions

  • Add the butter to a dish that fits in to your air fryer. Place in air fryer and turn heat to 160 C.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, parsley and seasoning.
  • Pour into dish with melted butter. Cook for 3 minutes then stir with a spatula, dragging the edges into the centre, and continuing cooking for 2-4 minutes depending on how well-cooked you like your scrambled eggs.
  • Serve on toast sprinkled with more parsley. Enjoy!
