Eggs are a complete protein, and help you stay fuller for longer compared to carbohydrates and fats. Not surprising then, that eggs are the perfect choice for a quick breakfast to set you up for the day! 

They can be poached, boiled or scrambled as quickly as it takes to make your toast or made into delicious and easy meals such as vegetable frittatas and omelettes. Eggs are also packed full of vitamins and minerals that are essential for good health.
