Easy Egg & Bacon Pots



  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 cups baby spinach, torn in half
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon grated cheese
  • 1 Chervil sprigs to garnish


  1. Pre-heat oven to 180ºC.
  2. Line the edges of four small ramekins with the bacon.
  3. Divide the spinach between the ramekins.
  4. Crack an egg onto the top of the spinach.
  5. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Place in pre-heated oven and cook for about 10 minutes until the egg is cooked.
  7. Garnish with the chervil sprigs.
